Describe your request and, where relevant, the account or subscription concerned. If possible, write from the email address used for that account or subscription.

Complaints about a catalogue entry

Include the public URL of the community entry or news item, describe the issue and explain what you would like corrected or removed. You can also contact us if an entry contains your personal data.

Include only the information needed to understand your request. Do not send passwords, private sign-in or subscription links, access tokens, or scans of identity documents.
